Are you ready for the opportunity to take your craft to its full potential? Advanced Tooling Specialists (ATS) is on the cutting edge of engineering, manufacturing and machining. We are actively seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team in Menasha and work on Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Meet performance expectations in a multitasking, team-oriented environment
- Set up your own tools as needed
- Blueprint Reading and Strong Math Skills
- Edit G&M Codes and perform setups, adjusting offsets as needed
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other tools to inspect work against blueprints/CAD Models
- Problem-Solving and Team Collaboration – We value a positive attitude and teamwork!

Job Type: Full-time, In person, Day shift or Evening shift
Required: Must have your own tools
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience with Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) – Training opportunities available for the right candidate
- Conversational Control Programming Capabilities
- Mastercam Programming Capabilities
