The ATS advanced Slip Sheet Cleaning System is designed to streamline the cleaning, stacking and counting of plastic slip sheets (also known as tier sheets, layer pads, or separator sheets) used in packaging and bottling operations.
The start-up process allows operators to easily raise the machine to operational height, adjust the cleaning brushes and vacuum and start the conveyor.

Comprehensive Cleaning
Dust collection vacuum and adjustable upper/lower rotating brushes remove dry debris.
Stacking Outfeed System
Light Curtains allow for safe operation with easy load/unload access, and sheets are neatly stacked on outfeed with our Auto Lowering Function and Stacking Outfeed Systems.
Handle & Count
Our Static Removal System on the infeed and outfeed makes handling slip sheets easier for a more reliable count.
